Bematek Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery located in Salem, MA, is seeking an Administrative/Secretarial Professional with hands on industrial business experience to work in a positive, encouraging, small office environment.
- Perform a wide range of Administrative activities to support the Business.
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Organize and handle executive correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Set up and maintain spreadsheet databases.
- Maintain contacts in database.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, and manage Social Media Activity.
- Coordinate meetings and record minutes and action items.
- The candidate must be capable of working in a multi-task environment requiring organizational and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- 5+ years’ experience including industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and internet research.
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce, Database Management, and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Accurate minimum typing speed, 50 wpm.
- Proficiency in proofreading (spelling, grammatical, typographical errors).
- Dictation/shorthand is a plus.
