Job Title: Outreach Worker I

Requirements: Education and/or training equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, human services or related and one year human services experience required.

All applicants must hold a valid US Drivers License for at least 1 year and be at least 21 years of age or older.

All applicants must become CPR and First Aid certified within 90 days of employment.

Job Description: Contributes to high quality case management services for persons served providing direct case management services.

Schedule (25 hrs): Mon. & Wed., 3pm - 11pm; Thurs., 3pm - 8pm; Sat., 9am - 1pm.
